This delicious salad with yummy fall flavors will be perfect for your next meal! Add some protein to make it a full meal or add it to any main dish- it’s the perfect way to enjoy our Tuckaway Salanova bags!

Ingredients

Salad
  • 1 bag Tuckaway Salanova greens
  • 1-1/4 cups burrata
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 large pomegranate (about 3/4 cup-1 cup of seeds)
  • 1/4 cup candied almonds, coarsely chopped
  • black pepper
Dressing
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash greens in a salad spinner
  2. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together in a bowl until completely emulsified
  3. Add greens to large bowl and toss with 3/4 of the dressing
  4. Cut burrata into six even pieces and place on top of greens
  5. Add pomegranate seeds and candied almonds
  6. Drizzle remaining dressing over top, and serve. Enjoy!
