This delicious salad with yummy fall flavors will be perfect for your next meal! Add some protein to make it a full meal or add it to any main dish- it’s the perfect way to enjoy our Tuckaway Salanova bags!
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 bag Tuckaway Salanova greens
- 1-1/4 cups burrata
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 large pomegranate (about 3/4 cup-1 cup of seeds)
- 1/4 cup candied almonds, coarsely chopped
- black pepper
Dressing
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 tsp pure maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash greens in a salad spinner
- Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together in a bowl until completely emulsified
- Add greens to large bowl and toss with 3/4 of the dressing
- Cut burrata into six even pieces and place on top of greens
- Add pomegranate seeds and candied almonds
- Drizzle remaining dressing over top, and serve. Enjoy!
